Anti-Rust Anti-Damage Precision Mold Storage Rack, Pull Out Drawer Shelf for Injection Molds
Precision injection molds, medical molds and electronic precision molds have extremely high requirements for surface finish and structural accuracy. Traditional open stacking storage is prone to mold surface rust, scratch, collision deformation and dust pollution, leading to reduced molding precision and shortened mold service life. Our professional anti-rust anti-damage mold storage rack is tailor-made for high-precision mold storage scenarios.
Each independent drawer adopts closed semi-enclosed storage design, which effectively isolates industrial dust, humid air and corrosive gas in the workshop, preventing precision molds from oxidation rust and surface contamination during long-term storage. The drawer bottom is equipped with anti-slip and anti-collision rubber pads, which avoid metal friction and extrusion damage between molds and the shelf, fully protecting mold surface finish and precision parts.
