Aiming at the problems of low manual access efficiency and high labor cost in traditional plate storage, this high-efficiency drawer-type sheet storage system is specially designed for mechanical auxiliary operation, which perfectly matches forklifts, vacuum lifters and cranes to realize mechanized and automated material access and greatly improve warehouse operation efficiency.
Different from ordinary drawer shelves with limited extension distance, this equipment realizes 85% full-layer full extension. After the drawer is pulled out, the whole plate is completely exposed, without dead angle of access. The forklift can directly fork and unload the whole layer of materials without manual handling, turning over and sorting, which saves a lot of labor time and labor cost.
