Our rust-proof weatherable drawer sheet rack is specially optimized for high-humidity and easy-corrosion environments, with excellent moisture-proof and anti-rust performance.
All steel components undergo multi-stage professional anti-corrosion pretreatment including degreasing, acid pickling, phosphating and passivation to completely remove surface oxide and impurities. The surface is sprayed with thickened weather-resistant electrostatic powder coating, which has strong waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-oxidation capabilities, effectively isolating humid air erosion.
