Elevated Off-ground Vertical Sheet Rack, Raised Base Upright Panel Storage for Moisture Proof
Elevated off-ground vertical sheet rack adopts a raised hollow base design, raising all stored panels 15–25cm above the workshop ground. This innovative elevated structure isolates panels from ground moisture, dust sediment and residual cutting liquid, solving the storage problems of moisture-sensitive wooden boards, paper-based composite panels and low-ground clearance vulnerable materials.
The hollow elevated base is supported by integrated cross-shaped reinforcing ribs, which ensures that the raised base has the same stable load-bearing performance as the solid base. The bottom hollow space can be used for storing auxiliary accessories such as protective films, binding straps and picking tools, realizing dual-layer upper and lower space utilization and increasing additional storage area for the workshop.
The upper vertical storage area retains multi-slot separated upright storage design, and the elevated height can be customized according to regional humidity and ground conditions. The side of the raised base is equipped with reserved ventilation holes to accelerate air circulation at the bottom of the rack, further reducing the accumulation of moisture and dust inside the hollow layer.
This raised-base vertical rack integrates moisture-proof storage and auxiliary accessory storage functions. It effectively protects moisture-prone panels from ground damp erosion, and is especially suitable for humid areas and ground-cleaning frequent workshops.
