Full pull-out horizontal drawer sheet storage rack adopts horizontal flat layered drawer structure, each drawer can extend 100% outward to fully expose the whole plate placement surface, supporting direct flat lifting of complete large-format steel plates, aluminum sheets and acrylic panels without bending, folding or tilting the raw material plates during loading and picking.

The main frame is made of thickened Q235 channel steel with integrated triangular reinforcing rib structure on the back of upright columns to balance the unilateral gravity generated by fully extended heavy drawers. Each drawer bottom is equipped with double-row heavy-duty roller slide rails, with self-balancing synchronous sliding mechanism to keep the drawer horizontal without unilateral sagging under full plate load.

Each drawer inner surface is paved with detachable thick rubber anti-slip liner to increase friction coefficient and fix flat panels stably; surrounding low retaining edges prevent thin plates from sliding off during drawer stretching. Vertical uprights reserve dense equidistant adjusting holes, users can independently adjust each drawer layer height to match thin foil, medium sheet and thick solid slab classified storage.

Matte oil-resistant electrostatic coating resists cutting fluid, metal dust and workshop lubricant contamination. Multiple single rack units can be spliced side by side via cross connecting fasteners to form centralized sheet storage wall for large-scale sheet metal processing factories.
