Mold workshops are always in harsh environments with high dust, high humidity and frequent mechanical vibration. Ordinary mold shelves are prone to rust, rail jamming, structural loosening and paint peeling after long-term use, requiring frequent maintenance and causing high after-sales costs. Our industrial low-maintenance mold rack is built for long-term stable operation in harsh industrial scenarios.
Made of national standard Q235B high-quality carbon steel with integral full-welded integral forming process, all welding seams are finely polished without burrs, welding scars and structural gaps. High-temperature stress relief treatment completely eliminates internal welding stress, ensuring no structural deformation, shaking or loosening after 15+ years of heavy-load operation, with far higher stability than ordinary assembled shelves.
Adopting five-stage pretreatment including degreasing, acid pickling, phosphating and passivation, matched with imported high-density electrostatic powder spraying, the surface coating is dense and firm, with super rust-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation and scratch-resistant properties. It can resist erosion of industrial dust, humid air and weak corrosive gas, adapting to indoor workshops and semi-outdoor storage environments.
The core sliding components adopt fully sealed dust-proof and anti-clogging structure, which can effectively block workshop dust, iron filings and debris from entering the rail gap. It requires no regular oiling, cleaning and manual maintenance, realizing zero daily maintenance. The ultra-low failure rate greatly reduces enterprise maintenance costs and production downtime loss, being a high-cost-performance permanent industrial storage solution.
