Produktbeschreibung
Silent buffer drawer sheet rack is optimized for noise-sensitive working environments such as precision processing workshops, clean rooms and enclosed production workshops. We upgrade the internal transmission accessories and add dedicated buffer damping components to eliminate collision noise and metal friction sound during drawer stretching, maintaining low-decibel operating status throughout material access processes.
The upgraded slide rail assembly is embedded with high-density wear-resistant silent gaskets to replace traditional hard metal contact structures, reducing friction noise to the minimum level during push and pull. Each drawer tail is fitted with hydraulic buffer dampers, which can decelerate the drawer automatically in the last 5cm of retraction to avoid violent metal collision and effectively eliminate closing impact noise.
All drawer edges adopt flexible wrapping treatment to prevent rigid collision between drawers and the outer frame. The bottom bearing keels are added with shock absorption pads to weaken vibration generated during material picking and avoid secondary noise transmission inside enclosed workshops. Meanwhile, the silent structure does not increase operating resistance, still supporting lightweight labor-saving daily operation.
Beyond noise reduction, this rack retains all advantages of standard drawer storage, including independent layered placement and surface protection for high-precision panels. It complies with environmental noise control standards for high-standard enclosed workshops and creates a stable and quiet working environment for operators.
