Standard manual vertical sheet rack adopts upright vertical compartment layout, storing all flat panels in standing vertical state, which delivers distinctive space advantages compared with horizontal stacking storage. Every independent vertical storage bay is equipped with full-extend rolling drawers, allowing single panel direct access without shifting surrounding materials, and all stored sheets remain fully visible for fast inventory checking.
The whole frame is constructed with thick Q235B carbon steel profile, integrated full welding and overall stress relief processing to maintain long-term structural rigidity. Each vertical drawer unit installs high-load silent bearing slide assemblies, enabling smooth one-person pull-out operation without heavy pushing force. Anti-shift rubber strips are laid inside every compartment to fix sheets firmly and keep panel surfaces intact during storage and handling.
The surface undergoes multi-stage rust removal and outdoor-grade electrostatic powder coating, presenting uniform smooth finish with strong scratch and corrosion resistance. The upright vertical structure drastically compresses floor footprint, making it ideal to place beside laser cutting machines, shears and bending equipment for on-site raw material supply. Separate vertical bays support classified storage of steel sheets, stainless steel, aluminum sheets, wooden panels and acrylic sheets to standardize workshop material arrangement.
