Anti-tilt Reinforced Vertical Sheet Rack, Stabilized Upright Plate Storage for High-floor Workshop
High-floor workshops located in urban industrial buildings are susceptible to slight vibration from building structure and peripheral equipment operation, which puts forward higher requirements for the anti-tilt stability of vertical sheet racks. Our anti-tilt reinforced vertical sheet rack is specially optimized for high-floor working environments, with multi-dimensional stabilizing structures to enhance overall balance and shock resistance.
This rack adds bilateral triangular diagonal support frames on the basis of the main frame, forming a stable triangular mechanical structure to offset lateral vibration and unbalanced lateral pressure generated by single-side sheet storage. The widened counterweight base is filled with reinforced load-bearing materials to lower the overall center of gravity, effectively reducing the risk of shaking and tilting during material picking.
We specially configure adjustable balance foot pads for the base, which can compensate the height difference of uneven high-floor ground to keep the rack in absolute vertical state. The internal compartment baffles are upgraded to integrated reinforced baffles to limit the left-right swing of vertical stored sheets. All connecting bolts are anti-loosening fasteners to prevent parts loosening caused by long-term structural vibration.
