Single-sided Telescoping Cantilever Rack, Wall Adjacent Retractable Arm Shelf for Side Storage
Single-sided telescoping cantilever rack adopts one-way cantilever layout design, specially optimized for wall-side placement and narrow marginal storage zones inside workshops. Different from dual-side racks that apply to central warehouse areas, this single-sided structure only extends arms toward the open aisle, making full use of idle wall space without occupying core production and handling areas.
The rear side of the main frame is designed with closed reinforced back baffles, which can effectively block dust, cutting debris and external collision from the wall side. The integral offset counterweight base is upgraded to strengthen anti-tilt performance, perfectly solving the stability problem of single-side bearing caused by unilateral cantilever stretching. Each telescopic arm retains multi-stage retractable function and independent safety locking structure.
The vertical upright spacing and arm layer height can be freely customized according to the maximum length and thickness of stored long sheets. Operators can retract redundant idle arms to expand walking aisle width during off-peak periods, and extend corresponding arms to complete material picking during production peak periods. The compact wall-mounted placement mode effectively reduces redundant space waste for small and medium-sized factories.
This wall-adjacent single-sided telescopic cantilever rack converts scattered wall-side idle space into standardized long-material storage areas. It is an economical and practical auxiliary storage device for small-scale profile processing factories and compact layout workshops with limited floor area.
