Single column vertical plate storage rack adopts minimalist single-column upright structure, specially designed for narrow aisles and marginal vacant areas that cannot accommodate multi-bay combined storage equipment. Different from multi-layer horizontal storage devices and cantilever racks, this upright storage mode arranges all panels vertically along the gravity direction, realizing centralized placement of flat sheets within a narrow linear footprint.
The main support column is fabricated from integrated hot-rolled steel profile with integral bending molding technology, featuring high structural rigidity and excellent load-bearing uniformity. The interior is equipped with equidistant vertical limit baffles, which divide the inner cavity into multiple independent vertical storage slots. Operators can classify and place stainless steel plates, acrylic slabs, wooden panels and composite sheets separately to maintain orderly material arrangement.
The bottom bearing base is widened appropriately and fitted with rubber anti-slip gaskets to lower the overall center of gravity of the rack, effectively improving placement stability during long-term static storage. The top reserved open design facilitates top-view material identification, allowing warehouse staff to quickly confirm sheet specifications without extra bending or squatting actions. All contact edges are polished smoothly to prevent surface abrasion on high-grade finished panels.
This compact single-column vertical sheet organizer simplifies the storage logic of flat raw materials, makes full use of linear narrow idle space inside the workshop, and complements large-scale combined storage racks.
