Different from the flat stacking mode that occupies a large area, our drawer-type sheet metal racks adopt three-dimensional layered storage design, which makes full use of vertical warehouse space, increasing space utilization by more than 60% compared with traditional stacking. Each drawer is independently stored and classified, with no mutual extrusion between plates, effectively protecting stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, iron plates and other precision sheet metal surfaces from wear and scratch.
The rack supports full extension of drawers, cooperating with cranes or magnetic cranes to directly pick and place materials from the top without reserving extra lateral operation space. A single worker can complete the access of heavy sheet metal, eliminating the need for repeated flipping and handling materials, greatly improving workshop picking efficiency and saving labor and time costs.
