Aiming at points of easy deformation, scratch, oxidation and edge damage of high-precision laser cutting plates in the storage process, we specially develop this professional anti-deformation drawer sheet storage rack, which is the supporting standard storage equipment for laser cutting workshops, metal precision processing factories and customized sheet processing enterprises.
High-precision laser plates, aluminum alloy sheets, copper sheets and stainless steel decorative sheets have high surface precision requirements, and traditional stacking storage is easy to cause surface pressure marks, scratch damage and plate warping deformation, directly affecting the subsequent cutting precision and product yield. This drawer rack adopts flat overall bearing design for each layer of drawer, with dense reinforcing rib structure at the bottom, uniform stress of the whole plate, no local pressure concentration, and fundamentally avoids plate deformation.
The drawer adopts full open extension design, which can be directly matched with vacuum lifter, crane and forklift for overall loading and unloading operation. It is not necessary to manually turn over and stack plates, which greatly reduces the secondary damage rate of high-precision plates. The reserved gap between layers can realize air circulation, effectively prevent plate oxidation and moisture rust, and keep the plate surface flat and clean for a long time.
The whole equipment is made of high-strength Q235 steel, with stable structure and strong impact resistance. The slide rail has passed thousands of fatigue tests, which can adapt to high-frequency picking and placing operations in laser cutting workshops all day long. It supports customized layer spacing and bearing capacity according to the thickness and weight of cutting plates.
