Product Description
Double sided dual-access drawer sheet rack is engineered with innovative bidirectional pull-out mechanism, enabling drawers to extend from both front and rear sides independently. Different from traditional single-direction drawer racks, this dual-access design connects two different working aisles simultaneously, ideal for material transit warehouses and intermediate buffer stations inside large-scale manufacturing plants.
The internal sliding system adopts dual-track bidirectional guide rail layout, with reinforced limit devices on both ends to control drawer maximum extension distance and prevent over-pulling. The central load-bearing partition divides the rack into a balanced dual-channel structure, evenly distributing storage pressure and ensuring identical operating smoothness for front and rear access. Every drawer is designed with symmetrical anti-slip surfaces to adapt to bidirectional material picking.
This bidirectional storage mode separates material stocking and material picking workflows. Staff can replenish raw materials from the rear aisle and processing workers take panels from the front aisle, effectively avoiding aisle congestion and workflow interference in busy warehouses. The overall sealed side panels block dust and debris from entering the internal track system to prolong accessory service life.
By integrating two sets of storage workflows into one single rack unit, the double-sided drawer rack optimizes aisle utilization and reduces redundant storage equipment deployment. It is an indispensable transitional storage device for large factories with complex material circulation routes.
