Motorized dual-side telescopic cantilever rack upgrades the traditional manual push-pull structure to intelligent electric drive, realizing one-key automatic extension and retraction of all cantilever arms. This automated storage solution is tailored for large-scale manufacturing warehouses with high-frequency daily material access and high-volume long-sheet inventory, drastically cutting manual operation time and labor input.
Equipped with low-noise industrial reduction motors and synchronous worm gear transmission system, each group of cantilever arms realizes synchronized and steady telescopic movement without jitter or sudden acceleration. The electric control system supports independent control of single arm and unified control of all arms, matching different picking scenarios including single-spec material access and batch raw material stocking. Optional wireless remote controller allows remote operation within effective working range.
Multiple built-in safety protection mechanisms are integrated into the electric system, including obstacle anti-pinch shutdown, overcurrent overload protection and travel limit braking. The system will trigger immediate power cut once abnormal resistance is detected during arm stretching, protecting operators, stored sheets and rack structure from damage. All electrical components are wrapped with dustproof and waterproof sealed shells to adapt to complex industrial workshop environments.
Cooperating with overhead cranes and vacuum lifters, this electric telescopic cantilever rack can form a semi-automatic material access system.
