Fully open heavy duty die rack is upgraded with lengthened sliding rail assembly, enabling each drawer to extend 95% outward to fully expose the entire mold placement area. This full-extended design creates unobstructed vertical lifting space, perfectly cooperating with overhead small hoists and vacuum mold lifters to handle oversized thick automotive molds, large household appliance shell dies and casting molds.

The frame adopts reinforced double-sided vertical column structure, thickened bearing keels under each drawer to evenly disperse concentrated weight of super-heavy molds. All sliding track components use wear-resistant thickened folded steel and double-row roller bearing groups, maintaining stable push-pull smoothness under continuous high-frequency heavy load stretching without rail deformation or jamming.

Independent anti-tilt rear pull rods are installed at the back of each layer drawer, offsetting lateral gravity generated by full-extended heavy molds and keeping the whole rack balanced. The inner drawer surface can be customized with thick rubber anti-collision pads to protect mold surface finish and prevent metal friction scratches during placement and pulling.

Compared with semi-open racks, the fully open mold rack completely eliminates blind lifting dead zones, greatly simplifying loading and unloading of large integrated molds. It is the core storage equipment for large-scale automotive mold factories and heavy casting production workshops.
